WHO IS AFGHAN KABUL CUISINE?
Chef Bakht Mohammad brings traditional Afghan recipes and flavors from his home in Kabul, Afghanistan to Madison, Wisconsin. Bakht Mohammad and his family moved from Afghanistan to Madison in 2021 after serving in the US Army Special Forces for 8 years.
A family run business, Bakht Mohammad's business supports his wife Bibi Saliha and their five children.

Upon Moving to Madison, Bakht Mohammad and his family realized that finding traditional Afghan food and Halal products was not always easy.
They seek to help fill a niche for others craving the flavors of home, as well as broaden the palates of Madisonians who may not know what they are missing!
